To identify the cases / complaints of sexual annoyance and any other type of harassment of the students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the college.
To process all the individual complaints and take suitable action there on in the manner and mode as per the college norms.
To pursue for time bound enquiry of the complaints whenever necessary.
To provide assistance to the Faculty/Colleges/Institute for taking preventive steps in the matter of gender discrimination and sexual harassment.
To provide special counselors as and when necessary.
To form / review the guidelines / policy for redressal of the grievance as required from time to time, which may be in accordance with those issued by Supreme Court and Government Agencies.
To conduct meeting whenever required and discuss relevant issues, in consultation with Principal.
To ensure safe and healthy working environment for the employees and the students, whereby they are protected against any kind of victimization and are always provided with environment which is free from fear and is conductive to progress and for discharging their duties.
